PRICES
All prices are in SEK. When displaying prices in a currency other than SEK, conversion is made automatically based on the current exchange rate. The final amount is determined at the time of payment.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Unclaimed packages will be charged for shipping and return shipping costs.

Please note that the shipping cost displayed at checkout is preliminary. The final shipping cost is determined once the order has been packed, based on weight and number of parcels.
DELIVERY TERMS
Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 2-5 business days.

Delivery is made via PostNord or DHL to nearest sevice point.
RETAILERS
Delivery is made via UPS or DHL to selected delivery address.
RETURN & WITHDRAWAL
PRIVATE CUSTOMERS
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Return conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings with broken or missing seals cannot be returned. If you would like your earrings sealed, please leave a note in the comment field when placing your order, otherwise, they will be delivered unsealed.
- The consumer is responsible for the return shipment until it has reached our warehouse.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process or approve returns sent to a service point.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the return has been approved. All shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return instructions:
- Complete the enclosed return form.
- Carefully pack the item together with all tags, packaging, and the return form. You may reuse the original postal packaging if possible.
- Attach the enclosed return shipping label to the parcel.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest PostNord service point.

CANCELLATION
RETAILERS
We offer a 7-day right of cancellation from the date of the order confirmation. After this period, the order becomes binding. Cancellations after 7 days may, in certain cases, be approved at our discretion and will then be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value.

As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to make a claim for goods with manufacturing defects. The right to make a claim does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Claim instructions:
- Inform your sales representative that you have a claim for collection during their next visit.
- Indicate the defect on the GEMINI label.
- Keep the claimed item until it has been collected by your sales representative.
