Delivery within Sweden
Our ambition is that orders received GEMINI jewelry before 11.00 leaves our warehouse the same day, otherwise next business day and should be with you within 2-3 working days if shipping companies broadcast times vary depending on the place of residence.

CLEARANCE SALE
We reserve the right to end the sale and errors in the stock balance.

Dispensing package
Usually shipped our deliveries in Sweden with the Post vending letter and delivered directly to your home. Assesses Post that the package is too large for your mail slot or mailbox, you get a notice either by letter or text message when your shipment arrived at your local delivery.

Not Picked-package
When not collected item you will be charged a fee of 199 SEK and also the return fee will be charged

Free shipping on orders over SEK 300  otherwiser the shipping carge is  SEK 50

CHANGE AND WITHDRAWEL

You are entitled to change or cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. Returns is accepted if the goods is  unused and returned in the same state. The goods must be packed in their original packaging and related packaging.
if you return an item, they can be an impairment in this case we will contact the customer immediately.
Return the product together with the order form and your potential new requirements. Do you regret Your purchase of  GEMINI jewelry will refund  you as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days from the day we received your return. The shipping costs for return shipping, you will have to account for. Returns can not be made as cash on delivery. Save your receipt, - be aware that you are responsible for return shipment! The item should be sent back to us as REK letter sent via the post (approx 65kr) because it guaranteed to arrive.

Complaint

To file a complaint about a product or service, the defect must have been there when you received it. You cannot file a complaint if you caused the defect yourself. You are entitled to file a complaint about a product or service for three years after having received it.
