Returns and withdrawal
We offer you 14 days and the right of withdrawal within this time period. A return can be made provided that the goods are unused and that all labels still attached. We will refund the money for the goods within 20 working days after receipt of the return.

For exchanges and returns:
1) Pack the product well in the same packaging that it came in or use your own packaging / box.
2) Include a completed return note included with the delivery, fill carefully the form with return code and put it in the package along with the products you want to return.
3) The shipping costs for return shipping, you will have to account for. Returns can not be made as cash on delivery. Save your receipt, - be aware that you are responsible for return shipment! The item should be sent back recommended approximately SEK 65kr

Unclaimed Shipments
